Huy Nguyen and his wife Oanh Kim Tran are proud to bring their take on Asian Fusion to the Birmingham area. Nguyen has over 15yrs. experience as a Sushi Chef. Having worked in South Florida for several years before moving to Mississipi to open Chef Scott's Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Ocean Springs. Nguyen and Tran moved to Birmingham to be closer to family and are excited to showcase a different take on the Birmingham Sushi scene.
